This update is packed with news. It's about our 1) vacation in Turkey, 2) diving in Egypt and 3) general news about our current life!
With the snow that starts to fall in Nurnberg, we thought it would be a good moment to remember the sun.
1) Turkey

The travel to Turkey was only a short but very welcome break to us of 4 days. Perfectly organized, in a marvelous setting and run by Robinson Club this was the first time for us that we had booked an all-inclusive vacation. Two strawberry margaritas, a terrific excursion on a yacht (picture and movie) and a splash into the swimming-pool later we were convinced believers of the concept! No worries, simply pure relaxation. We fell into such a trance that even the simplest body movements did not seem to make sense anymore of which this movie is evident proof of.
Thank you to Petra to keep our little Cille and big "excusez nous en direction de petite C" for not taking you with us!
2) Egypt
We spent a week in Sharm-El-Sheik, not seeing much but at least some of the actual Egypt with Beduins and camels all around us. We of course came to dive there. It was Bjoerns first diving experience, Agnes had a couple of renegade experiences before. Xavier - certified PADI instructor (bookable under xrobino@gmail.com) - was our host and guide. We owe to him the most pleasurable, cool and instructive course. Plus we are now certified as PADI open water divers, yeah! We even felt confident enough to take pictures of stuff around us and have some pictures taken of us underwater. There are of course countless little stories to tell of. Just one of them: The cab-drivers are a pest in Sharm but the strategy to have theA pay the price made them think thrice about negotiating.
We also created two movies, one showing a bit of the traveling we did and the other displaying that the power of an iPod makes you an unstoppable force. We broke through a security check with the iPod! Have a look yourself!

3) General news about our life
Agnes and Bjoern exchanged roles since last week. She started an assignment that will see her visit Paris quite often in the coming weeks and Papa Bjoern is staying at home in Nurnberg to take care of kleine Cille. He is of course not idle but instead preparing our move to Australia (we bought our one-way tickets to Sydney for 14.01.!!!!), keeping track of new 'small' projects (at least smaller than the one he ) and creating kewl music. Agnes has all her hands full with being a busy consultant just like Bjoern the last 1 1/2 years.
Petite Cille is growing and growing and doesn't stop to grow. Plus she speaks German well enough to get around (French en peux moin bien) and repeats "bad" words that Mama& Papa use way too often in English nicely too. She is also the most adorable (of course) girl on this planet... and can drive us mad when she wants to (of course).
We are excited about our move to Australia but have difficulty of fully realizing the extent of what we are about to do. More on all of this in the coming weeks and surely once we will have arrived in Sydney!
By the way; if you have contacts down-under we would greatly appreciate if you could put us in touch with either companies that might look for people like us for a) permanent or b) contractual positions! Or simply people that you feel are way relaxed (that would be all of them, no?).
