So where the bloody hell are you?
What an advertisement. No matter if you are living in Australia or not, have visited the country or not: You should watch this ad. What other country would use such a wicked slogan to entice people to visit their country?

Kudos go to Gilles for sending me the link.

Cille turned three!
On May 27th 2003 little C made us become a family. Three years later, a wonderful birthday party to celebrate that day! Cille enjoyed the presence of fifteen playful mates, a huge chocolate-cake and delightful presents.
A learning for next year: Dedicate someone other than A&B to take pictures. What a poor documentation of that event but we'll make sure to upload at least a small movie of the treasure hunt Agnes organized.
Without words, here the card that we sent around as the invite for all of our offshore friends and relatives that of course couldn't make it.

everyday life in Australia
A new life, a new rhythm. Agnes goes to Tai-Chi sessions weekly, Bjoern started going to private piano-lessons and Cille has swimming and music class. It's beautiful to be settled somewhere, to know that we will be here tomorrow, the day after and a long time to come. Before we would say to ourselves not to do this or that (buy some bikes, start martial arts, ...) because we knew there was "an end" to living in a place; not any longer.
All in all, we are starting to breath again. Not that we are slowing down the pace of our business endeavors but here there's always the possibility to look around ourselves, stop and inhale/ exhale.
Just the other weekend we decided that it would be nice to do a hike. No problem with one of the many national parks literally around the corner. Into the car and 30 minutes later we had arrived in Ku-run-gai. Another half hour more and it was only the three of us, alone on a secluded beach. Yes, we had our private beach. :) It's these rare moments that show us we made the right decision to move to Australia. There's space. And if it gets too crowded on the east coast, there's room for expansion on the west coast.
The newest short-movie on our movies page entitled Utopia summarizes some of our experience of March& April well. And three new photo albums to discover in our gallery:
- everyday life pics from our aussie paradise
- Our long april week-end in Nelson Bay area (dolphin watch boat excursion and the white sandy dunes)
Shortly (27 May) petite Cille is going to turn 3 ! She is throwing her very first birthday party for the occasion... Stay tuned for the story :-)
Peace from A&B&C
